Don’t let anything hold you back

At Hotel Brooklyn, we want everyone to enjoy their stay. Whether your comfort requires wider accessible entranceways, bespoke parking spaces, specific dietary requirements or simply some more thought in the layout and design of furniture and amenities we believe our hotel fulfils your needs. Our priority is always to ensure everyone feels welcomed, respected, and valued and that their needs are fully catered for.

Planning your stay

We are here to support your booking process. Nothing is too much trouble for our team on duty who are all trained in a whole range of skills focused on the needs of every special guest.

The main reception desk operates 24 hours a day and is located on the ground floor of the hotel in the entrance lobby. We offer the flexibility of an automated check-in kiosk, but our friendly staff are on hand to assist, take care of your luggage and explain our hotel facilities.

If you have any questions prior to arrival, please contact us on 0116 366 5693 or email: reservations@hotelbrooklynlei.co.uk.

Bedrooms

Our aim is to make all guests stays as enjoyable as possible as if you are spending a night at home. That’s why we created our ‘Liberty’ suites. We have 10 adapted bedrooms with a cool design to make life easier and the ambience more appealing. There are super wide lifts, special assistance for guests with hearing impairments and our Hampson Suite have its own electric hoist. The ceiling track has been designed to hoist guests from the bed into a mobile shower chair which can then access all areas of the bathroom (toilet, basin and shower). Please note that there is not a ceiling track hoist in the bathroom although this is being reviewed for future Brooklyn hotel projects. Guests wanting to use the ceiling track hoist are requested to bring their own hoist slings.

Public Areas

Access around our public areas is made by means of level access. Our furniture and soft furnishings were carefully chosen with all types of disability and impairments in mind.

General Accessibility

Our team is on hand 24 hours a day and has been trained to support the needs of our guests who may have a special need or disability. We’re here to help if you have a physical impairment deaf, blind or suffering from a well-being or mental health issue.

Fire and evacuation alarm systems in all adapted rooms are designed to assist a guest with special needs and we are working with a number of agencies to further improve our understanding.

Assistance and dogs for the blind are most welcome. If you could be so kind please contact us prior your visit, so we can spoil them too.
